I called Bryan Jacksons Office and spokewith Abby- Withing minutes she gave me a quote on three vehicle and it was $200 less, we switched 2 vehicles and added the new one immediately. "Katelyn and Lacey treated me like I was their most important person! They kindly and very efficiently described all of my options and the benefits that I would be receiving.
I had to make some home insurance adjustments because I was able to pay off my mortgage. I needed to call back to furnish some information about my payoff date. A few minutes later, I called back, and Katelyn had already searched my policy and made the necessary changes for me! I was very pleasantly surprised! I’m not accustomed to such WONDERFUL service!
Then Lacey gave me needed information about my Life Insurance Plans. She answered all of my questions in a very patient and knowledgeable manner.
After speaking with them, I know that my property is well protected and that I won’t have any unpleasant surprises should I need to file a claim.

"I had a deer run out in front of me doing damage to my vehicle. Jeep was driveable. I drove over to my insurance Agents office which is Bryan Jackson State Farm Insurance. Sue helped me with my claim. Within 1 hour, I had the collision center who was going to repair jeep and Enterprise calling me to set up dates and times for their service. It couldn't have been any easier!
